Main duties:

• Efficient processing of incoming requests from customers in the Service Desk system.
• Providing prompt feedback to users.
• Expansion of the knowledge base with articles and instructions for resolving incidents.
• Administration and maintenance of workstations.
• Interaction with contractors regarding repairs, purchases and maintenance of PCs and equipment.
• Providing support, training and consulting to employees regarding computer equipment and software.

Our candidate:

• Has an understanding of the principles of computer diagnostics.
• Has in-depth knowledge of operating systems of the Windows family at the administrator level.
• Has basic skills in working with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and Terminal Services.
• Focused on solving tasks related to PC hardware and network technologies for the office environment.
• Acquainted with the basics of digital information security.
• Has the ability to work effectively under conditions of change and demonstrates stress resistance.
• Shows respect and tolerance in relations with users, demonstrates high sociability.
