Main duties:
- Technical support for company users:
- Operative response to employee inquiries regarding technical issues and problems arising in the course of work.
- Providing consultations and recommendations on solving technical problems related to software and hardware.
- Configuration and administration of Windows 10/11 OS:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems on workstations.
- Configuration of user accounts, group policies and security systems.
- Monitoring of the state of office equipment (printers, scanners, conference room equipment) and their initial maintenance:
- Monitoring of the state of office equipment and quick response to malfunctions .
- Setting up and maintaining devices to keep the office running smoothly.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and procedures systems:
- Documentation of all settings and changes in IT system configurations.
- Description of technical processes and procedures to simplify system management and user support.
- Working with ERP, CRM and other corporate software applications:
- Ensuring smooth operation of corporate software systems.
- Support and configuration of ERP, CRM software, as well as other specific application companies.
- Collection and analysis of technical requirements for configuring corporate systems.
- Management of relationships with external suppliers and service providers:
- Cooperation with suppliers of equipment, software and IT services to ensure uninterrupted operation of corporate systems.
- Control of terms and quality of services provided, resolution of issues in case of technical issues problems.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and data protection rules:
- Ensuring compliance with IT security standards, privacy and data protection policies.
- Risk assessment andimplementation of measures to protect corporate information from unauthorized access and attacks.
- Participation in projects to optimize the corporate network and company services:
- Participation in IT modernization projects infrastructure and optimization of existing processes.
- Cooperation with other departments to improve network services, increase work efficiency company.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (IT, telecommunications or related specialties ) or relevant work experience.
- Experience as a technical support engineer or system administrator from 2 years.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, the basics of network technologies (TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience in setting up and administering servers and workstations.
- Understanding the principles of working with ERP, CRM and other corporate programs.
- Experience in working with office equipment ( printers, scanners, video conferencing systems) and knowledge of their maintenance methods.
- Knowledge of the principles of IT security, data protection and the ability to work with security policies.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and IT infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in English at a technical level (reading documentation, communication with suppliers).
- High level of communication and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations and provide support in critical conditions.
