Service Connection Manager in WinTRADE

The company "WinCall", a leading outsourcing contact center in Ukraine, in connection with the expansion, invites to its team a Manager for connecting services. If you have communication skills, the ability to work with clients and want to develop in the field of telecommunications services, we are waiting for you! Duties:

• Making outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to offer company services (mobile tariffs, Internet services, promotions etc.).
• Consulting customers about the company's products and services.
• Processing requests, recording and entering information into the CRM system.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and a positive company image.
• Achieving individual and team goals based on the results of calls.
• Collecting feedback and identifying customer needs for further proposals.

Requirements:

• Desire to work and develop in the field of telemarketing.
• Communicative, friendly and the ability to work with clients.
• Experience, the ability to quickly respond to inquiries.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Telemarketing or contact center experience would be an advantage but not required.
