Recruiter RnD (IT jobs) in Frontline Robotics

Company Frontline Robotics is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. We create complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare right now. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military.

We are actively developing and looking for an Direct IT Recruiter who will share our values and will be ready to grow and attract the best candidates to our team. We usually have 5-7 vacancies, we are looking for designers, Embedded, Hardware engineers.

Important for this position:

1. Practical experience in searching and selecting technical positions (from 2 years in this position);
2. Owning modern candidate search tools;
3. Quality search for candidates on LinkedIn, ability to build various queries and form search strategies;
4. Ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers;
5. Ability to identify key requirements, form a portrait of the ideal candidate, work with several vacancies at the same time, attention to details;
6. Education in the field of psychology or personnel management will be a great advantage.

It will be cool if you have:

• Experience in miltech.

What will be included in the main duties:

1. Management of the full cycle of recruitment:

• interaction with hiring managers in the company;
• placement of company vacancies in channels for searching for candidates;
• active search for candidates;
• review and selection of resumes;
• introducedCV and information about candidates to the internal system;
• conducting interviews with candidates from the beginning of interaction to the offer;

2. Cooperation with the HR inspector on registration.

3. Work on improving recruitment processes.
