Currently we are seeking a talented SEO Team Lead who is ready to build SEO processes and lead the SEO direction within the company. We are especially interested in specialists with successful cases of building SEO teams from scratch in the iGaming niche.Responsibilities:Develop and implement SEO strategies for projects.Recruit, build, and manage a team of SEO specialists on a daily basis (communication, control, training). Launch and promote websites from scratch for different regions.Analyze and research niches/competitors.Oversee all other standard SEO tasks: link building plans, working with content, technical optimization, etc.Adhere to performance metrics.Requirements:Experience in team building (recruiting SEO specialists of various levels).2+ years of experience in an SEO Team Lead or Head of SEO position.Experience in competitive niches like betting and gambling, with successful cases in these areas.Upper Intermediate (ideally Advanced) level of English.Proven experience in effectively managing a SEO team.High level of understanding of On-Page and Off-Page site optimization.Knowledge of White Hat and Black Hat SEO methods.
