SEO optimizer in Esfirum

Esfirum is a web studio that specializes in website development, SEO promotion and automation of business processes for clients from Ukraine and Europe. We work with niches of hotels, medicine, wellness, IT business, e-commerce and create long-term SEO strategies.

We are looking for an SEO specialist who wants to work with real projects, analytics and growth positions.

 Responsibilities:

• Conducting SEO audits of sites
• Development and implementation of SEO strategy for projects
• Collection and clustering of the semantic core

Optimization:

• meta tags (Title, Description)
• page structure
• internal linking

Working with content:

• TK for copywriters, checking texts
• Competitor analysis
• Indexing control, sitemap, robots.txt
• Working with Google Search Console, GA4
• Development and implementation of external promotion strategy
• Analysis of the backlink profile of the site and competitors
• Search and selection of quality donors for placing links
• Tracking the dynamics of link mass and impact on positions
• Formation of SEO reports for clients
• Interaction with developers and designers

Requirements:

• Experience as an SEO specialist from 1.5-2 years
• Understanding the principles of: technical SEO
• Experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Serpstat / Ahrefs / SE Ranking (or similar)
• Skills of collecting and clustering semantics
• Understanding the principles of search algorithms
• Analytical thinking and systematic approach • Ability to work with several projects in parallel
• Work with CMS WordPress
  Will be a plus:
• Experience in promoting sites in the hotel, medicine, IT, e-commerce niches
• Understanding AI-SEO and modern optimization approaches
• Experience with:• schema.org• Core Web Vitals
• Link building experience
• English at the level of reading technical documentation
