The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national defense industry for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

Now we are looking for a specialist in business analysis.

Job duties:

1. Analysis and optimization of business processes.
2. Formation of requirements and technical documentation.
3. Communication with interested parties.
4. Research and use regulatory acts in the process of writing technical requirements.
5. Development of technical tasks and specifications.
6. Support of system development, implementation of ideas and product creation
7. Analysis/reengineering of existing business processes and the decision-making process.
8. Participation in the development of projects of normative and legal acts at the level of ideas needed for process reengineering.
9. Conducting presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Experience in business process analytics from 1 year, mandatory.
2. Development or automated testing experience, mandatory.
3. Understanding of the software design and development process.
4. Formulation of high-level technical requirements for software product
5. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
6. Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
7. Process reengineering experience.
8. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately and transfer knowledge effectively.
9. Experience with Jira/Click Up.
10. Zero tolerance for corruption.
