Job Description

Runzy is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX/Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the user experience and product design for our projects — Saas registration tool, web app, mobile app, and CRM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CEO, developers, coaches, UI/UX Designers, and support team to create intuitive and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across different projects and platforms.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, and analytics.
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in SaaS, CRMs, web, and mobile apps to create user-centric designs that meet business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across our ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and technology.
• Mentor and guide junior designer, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Participate in strategic discussions to shape the future direction of the product.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects and solutions.
• English Proficiency: Strong Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher, fluent in communication, as direct client interaction is a priority.
• Adaptability: Experience working in startups or fast-changing environments.
• SaaS Expertise (B2B, B2C): Proven experience with data-intensive products (web & mobile).
• Design Libraries: Experience developing and maintaining design libraries.

Required skillset

• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues.
• Presentation: Able to present designs and results formally to an audience in a clear, compelling manner.
• Critique: Ability to give and receive critique on work produced yourself, or by others on the team
• Mentorship: Mentor our junior designer to help her be the best version of herself.

Will be a plus

• Project Management: Capable of developing and maintaining a project from idea to launch.
• UX Research: Experience in conducting and/or participating in quality product research.
• Location: Aligned with US Eastern and Central European Timezones
