MaxBeauty is a product in the Beauty&Care niche that helps women preserve their natural beauty through proper body, skin and hair care.

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager, who will be the first marketer on the project . The project is at the MVP stage, so you have a unique opportunity to be a part of a product that will very soon catch fire on the international market and have unlimited career prospects.

—Advertising budget management to achieve product marketing and financial goals;
- Work with the creative team to create quality ad creatives that convert. You will set tasks for the creative team, participate in brainstorms and evaluate the work results of designers;
- Work with product and technical team to create cool funnels that convert. We will research and improve user flow;
—Creation, launch, evaluation and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta. Finding the optimal setup that works best for our product and business model;
—Evaluating campaign performance results. Monitor not only key marketing metrics ( CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc. ), but also look down the funnel and adjust your strategy based on the data;
- Study of direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, promotional materials and successful approaches in attracting users. This point sounds self-explanatory.

From our ideal candidate, we expect:

— 2+ years of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing;
—Successful cases of managing advertising budgets in Facebook Ads from $50,000;
—Experience of working with the B2C market and users of international markets;
- Systematicity and structure in work;
—Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach;
— Strong analytical abilities (factor analysis, ability to find cause and effect relationships, prioritization);
— Ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;
— Understanding marketing metrics such as  CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention and relationships with company financial results;
— Creativity and the ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses;
- Confident level of use of Excel and Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of English at the B2+ level.

Will be an additional plus:

- Experience with Google Ads and TikTok ;
—Experience in purchasing web products;
—Skills for working with Amplitude and Tableau ;
—Experience writing queries in SQL ;
- Skills of working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize.
