Senior system administrator / head of the technical support department in Techexpert

Techexpert - a company that provides IT solutions for business, invites the cooperation of a senior system administrator / head of the technical support department.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and technically savvy specialist who can effectively manage a team, implement modern solutions and ensure the stable operation of IT services.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the technical team support;
L2 (online/offline);
• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents, troubleshooting;
• Accounting, procurement and life cycle support of IT equipment;
• Work according to ITIL, SLA control;
• Participation in the improvement of internal IT processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of VPN, routing and switching, Windows 10/11, Windows Server (AD, Hyper-V, RDS), Microsoft 365 cloud services;
• Experience in implementing IT products and services;
• Knowledge of ITIL principles, understanding of working with SLAs;
• Communicability, stress resistance, readiness for changes;
• Preferred: experience in using tools artificial intelligence at work.
