Senior system administrator / Head of the IT department in Memos Host

We are a modern co-working space that brings together creative entrepreneurs, freelancers, startup teams and companies. In order to provide them with a stable, uninterrupted and technologically convenient infrastructure, we are looking for an IT manager - a person who will be responsible for the reliable technical support of our space.

We are for you if you:

• Have a higher technical education
• Worked as a system administrator or head of the technical department for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, backup
• Experience with virtualization (ProxMox, VMware, HyperV), network monitoring, VoIP
• Able to maintain IT security (VPN, firewall, etc.)
• Understand how corporate networks (LAN/WAN), routing and switching work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Access and VBA
• Have English at a level not lower than B1
• Self-organized, responsible and proactive

What will need to be done?

• Organize and monitor the operation of the entire coworking IT infrastructure
• Provide stable technical support for resident teams
• Develop and implement IT solutions to improve internal services
• Work on development of the digital ecosystem: CRM, Wi-Fi, access, cyber security
• Maintain network infrastructure, maintain servers and workstations
• Manage small IT projects - automation, technical updates, migrations
• Support the team: consultations, settings, operational assistance
