BI analyst in ENCORE Digital

ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of the group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a  BI Analyst who has practical experience with Power BI and a desire to develop in the direction of modern data analytics.

It is important for us:

• Experience with Power BI from 2 years
• Practical experience in building reports and dashboards for business users
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M) at the level sufficient to implement business logic
• Sure knowledge of SQL (T-SQL): writing Views, basic Stored Procedures
• Understanding the principles of data modeling (Star Schema)
• Experience with analytical databases or DWH
• Ability to analyze business requirements and work with stakeholders
• Teamwork and responsibility for the result

Will an advantage:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure analytics
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C or similar)
• Understanding ETL / ELT processes
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)

What will you do?

• Analysis of business requirements and preparation analytical solutions
• Preparing data using SQL and Power Query
• Building semantic models and DAX measures
• Developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI
• Checking data quality and participating in reconciliation with accounting systems
• Supporting existing BI solutions and participating in their development
