Senior System Administrator in GARANT

GARANT, a leader in the field of currency exchange with more than 10 years of experience, invites you to join our team for the position of Senior System Administrator.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Coordination of L1 specialists, escalation of complex incidents
• SLA control, prioritization of support processes
• Solution of L2 incidents: network, access, workstations, user problems
• Installation and maintenance of cable infrastructure (Ethernet, optics)
• Connection, configuration and testing of network points, patch panels, crosses
• Installation and configuration of IP cameras, recorders, PoE equipment
• Maintenance of the basic level: replacement of disks, memory, power supplies, cleaning
• Configuration and support of printers, MFPs, scanners barcodes, POS equipment
• Small infrastructure projects: network expansion, equipment renewal, job relocation

Our ideal candidate has:

1. Basic administration of routers, switches, Wi-Fi points (MikroTik, TP-Link, Ubiquiti or others)
2. Understanding VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Wi-Fi configurations
3. Experience in building and testing cabling infrastructure: crimp, patch panels, testers
4. Experience in troubleshooting: “no network”, Wi-Fi problems, loops, packet loss, no IP
5. Configuring IP cameras, NVR, PoE switches
6. Printers, MFPs, barcode scanners, POS equipment
7. Basic repair experience
8. Knowledge of computer programs (?Windows 10/11, video surveillance software,
   Winbox)
