Main duties:

• familiarization with the workplace and team,
• familiarity with internal standards and regulations clinics,
• learning to work with information systems (DocDream, Bitrix24 CRM, telephony)
• control of passing internship and trial checklists.
• organization of meetings and accompanying training events
• drafting of training plans for employees

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of medicine or personnel management (preferably in a medical institution).
• Understanding the specifics of the work of doctors and medical staff.
• Skills in organizing educational processes, preparing methodological materials.
• Ability to work with information systems (CRM, medical applications).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to convey information in a structured and understandable manner.
