Senior specialist/senior specialist in the management of recruitment and personnel support* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Performance of the full scope of personnel administration operations;
• Formation of personal files of employees of the divisions of the National Bank of Ukraine and ensuring their storage;
• Review of letters from state bodies, appeals, requests for information on issues that belong to the authority, ensuring the preparation of relevant materials;
• Preparation of draft orders on appointment, transfer, dismissal, setting allowances;
• Consideration of the validity of proposals to impose and remove disciplinary sanctions for violations by employees of the NBU subdivisions of labor discipline and internal labor regulations, preparation of relevant orders;
• Executing personnel records, personal records, keeping and keeping work books of NBU employees;
• Ensuring registration of annual, additional, social and other vacations of NBU personnel;
• Issuing certificates to employees of departments about the place of work, position, length of service, etc.;
• Preparation, analysis and submission to relevant bodies of state statistical reporting on work issues with personnel according to established forms;
• Maintenance of automated personnel records of NBU divisions;
• Documentation of management information.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience in the field of personnel administration from 3 years;
• higher education in the field of knowledge "Management and administration", "Law" or "Social and behavioral sciences";
• Knowledge of the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine, anti-corruption, pension legislation, social security legislation, other legal acts regulating labor relations, the practice of their application;
• Experience of working in SAP HCM/M.E.Doc/ASKOD;
• Ability to work in ability to learn new things quickly.
