Customer Support Representative (no experience) in Atlas Recruiting

Our client is an international logistics company providing freight transportation services in the USA. The company works according to Western standards, actively develops its employees and does not attract managers from outside - all management positions are held by specialists who grew up within the company. 

We are currently looking for a talented and proactive Customer Support Representative for a shift with working hours from 09:00 to 19:00 4/4 (4 days on - 4 days off).

What you will do:

• Communicate with US customers and drivers by phone and email;
• Assist customers with solving issues related to logistics services;
• Establish effective communication and maintain customer loyalty;
• Work with internal company systems and coordinate processes.

What we expect from you:

• English language level from B1-B2 and above (oral and written communication);
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of international logistics;
• Communication, attentiveness and responsibility.
