"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes legislative changes, involves communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with special with an emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.
In partnership with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF), we are implementing a project aimed at providing safe, decent and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, people of older age and persons with disabilities in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Coordination and mentoring activities
Support the Community Protection Coordinator in planning, organizing and monitoring the activities of the component Summarize the results of the team's work, prepare reports on own activities and the activities of subordinates within the established deadlines.
Provide advisory assistance to beneficiaries, disseminate information about access to social, legal, psychological and other services.
Provide advisory and methodological support to volunteers, initiative groups and public organizations in matters of organizational development.
Higher education in the field of humanities, international relations, law, social work or related disciplines.
Experience coordinating or mentoring a team.
Experience working in a humanitarian, non-governmental or international organization will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the principles of humanitarian activity, understanding of the approachcommunity-based protection and basic international standards.
Proficiency in modern digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace), ability to work with databases and e-mail.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, diplomacy.
Ability to work effectively in a team, distribute tasks, provide feedback.
Flexibility, responsibility, ability to work in conditions of multitasking and rapid changes.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
