• To carry out in-depth monitoring and assessment of the current needs for the improvement of the conditions of stay of IDPs in the places of accommodation, to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the domestic infrastructure and accessibility services.
• Ensure the organization, implementation control and further support of measures to improve living conditions and humanitarian response, provide consulting support to the team.
• Plan, coordinate and implement measures aimed at development self-organization of IDPs, including supervision of the activities of specialists in communities.
• Carry out referrals to relevant specialists of the project, as well as monitor the timeliness of receiving legal, psychological and other assistance.
• Organize and control the management of cases, documentation and reporting in accordance with the project methodology; ensure compliance with documentation quality standards by the team.
• Ensure regular updates of information on the availability and accessibility of services, analyze gaps and submit proposals for their elimination.
• Make regular visits to centers/locations with for the purpose of monitoring, supporting specialists and evaluating the results of implementation of measures.
• Organize and control the process of issuing humanitarian and other aid, ensure compliance with procedures and methodology.
• Interact with authorities, institutions and organizations, coordinate the work of partners and monitor the access of recipients to necessary services.
• Monitor compliance with the rights of recipients of assistance, identify risks of discrimination, violations and respond promptly within the limits of their powers.
• Participate in coordination meetings, meetings, discussions, as well as represent the position of the social services team.
• Prepare advanced performance reporting, including analytics, proposals, and recommendations, as well as monitor the timeliness of junior specialist reporting.
Requirements for the candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of social work, humanities or social sciences; having a specialized master's education will be an advantage.
• Work experience in the social sphere, social support, work with vulnerable categories of the population or humanitarian projects is mandatory.
• Preferred experience coordinating individual or group cases, mentoring or providing supervisory support to a team.
• Experience of field or mobile work with aid recipients.
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles, the "Do No Harm" approach, standards in the field of protection (Protection) or readiness to quickly master them.
• Knowledge of oral and written Ukrainian; English will be an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office), keeping documentation and reporting forms.
• Readiness for regular business trips and work in the field.
• Developed communication skills, the ability to work with vulnerable categories of the population, emotional stability and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Critical thinking, the ability to analyze complex situations, propose solutions and formulate recommendations for improving operations.
