Senior SEO Specialist in NGM Agency

We are a full-cycle SEO and Affiliate team that creates and develops its own projects in the iGaming field. We build systemic SEO solutions from idea to conversions using in-house infrastructure from Link Building, PBN, Affiliate and Tech departments. Our security expertise and technical tools allow you to maintain leadership in your geos for years.

Role Brief:
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to be responsible for decisions that directly impact traffic and business results. The role requires independence, systematicity, an analytical approach and a focus on results and efficiency.

We need you if you have:

• Practical experience of working with iGaming projects from 3 years
• Deep understanding of modern SEO approaches and search engine principles systems
• Advanced mastery of analytics services and technologies used in website operation. 
• Ability to effectively use AI-tools
• Experience in developing and implementing seo strategies, achieving
• intermediate results within the budget
• Ability to show results in a short period of time and increase project efficiency
• English B2+

Will plus:

• Availability of a portfolio of successful cases of traffic/position growth
• Experience of working in highly competitive niches in international markets
• Skills to automate routine tasks

Your main tasks:

• Full cycle of SEO strategy management (technical part, content, link building) to achieve business goals
• Budgeting and forecasting changes in project metrics
• Starting and developing projects in new geos taking into account local specifics
• Monitoring metrics projects
• Tracking changes in Google algorithms and site adaptation
• Working with in-house teams (content, development, link building)
• Regular reporting
