We expect you to have the following skills and experience:
- English language levelUpper Intermediate (B2) and above
- 3+ years of SEO experience in white niches (customer commercial projects)
- Deep knowledge of search engine optimization methods and strategies
- Experience of working with large projects, implementation of complex solutions
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, link building and content strategies
- High level of knowledge of tools: Serpstat, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Majestic, Moz
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Looker Studio (ex Google Data Studio)
- Experience with local SEO/Google My Business
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS levels
- Knowledge and ability to calculate unit economics
- Experience in in-depth analysis of the market and competitors
- Experience in making decisions based on a data-driven approach
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong project and time management skills
- Willingness to constantly improve and strengthen your knowledge in SEO
It will also be cool if you have:
- Knowledge of JavaScript/AJAX, SQL
- Understanding HTTP protocols and HTTPS
- Experience in automating processes, using ChatGPT and other AI tools, writing scripts, growth hacks, etc.
- Understanding the operation of search engine algorithms of application stores: Google Play and App Store
- Knowledge of tools Firebase, AppsFlyer, App Annie, Sensor Tower, AppFollow, App Radar
- Practical experience with Google BigQuery, Tableau/Power BI, Hotjar, Google Optimize
- Experience conducting A/B tests
- Understanding product monetization, CRO, UX best practices
- Knowledge of performance marketing in general
- Agile (Kanban/Scrum) experience
- Strong leadership qualities
What you will do in this position:
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies for agency clients, evaluating competitor strategies
- Managing a team of SEO specialists, ensuring their performance and development
- Calculation and responsibility for the economy (P&L) by projects
- Setting and tracking KPIs for projects and specialists
- Conducting project statuses with the team and clients
- Participating in tenders, presenting strategies to clients
- Implementation of new approaches in work related to the collection of semantics, traffic forecasting models, link building strategies, process automation works
- Assessment and analysis of the impact of changes in search engine algorithms on SEO results and strategy changes
- Management of the budget for SEO optimization and development of recommendations for entering new markets and increasing sales
- Evaluation and analysis of SEO results and development of performance improvement strategy
- Development and implementation of strategies for clients in international markets
- Cooperation with other teams in the agency and holding company
