In connection with the active growth of the company, we invite to the team the Marketing Director (Sviatopetrivske village).?
The purpose of the position
Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and individual development projects, the formation of a strong brand, increasing the recognition, attractiveness and capitalization of objects.
Requirements:
- Experience as a marketing director / head of the marketing department for at least 5 years, of which at least 2-3 years in the field of construction, development, real estate (both’mandatory).
- Practical experience in developing a marketing strategy “from scratch” and bringing new objects / brands to the market.
- Experience in managing a budget, forming a marketing team, working with contractors, media and agencies.
- Real cases of increasing brand awareness, reducing CPL, increasing ROI marketing.
Professional competences:
- In-depth knowledge in the field of strategic marketing, digital marketing, PR, branding, analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI).
- Experience in building a brand of a developer / housing complex / investment product.
- Understanding the principles of positioning, forming a value proposition, unit economics, customer insights.
- Ability to develop and implement KPIs.
- Confident use of CRM systems, Excel, Google Workspace, AI.

Responsibilities:
- Development of the marketing strategy of the company and individual housing complexes and brands in accordance with business goals.
- Determining the positioning of objects, target audiences, unique selling proposition (USP).
- Management of the company brand: development of identity, corporate style, websites, advertising materials.
- Planning and control of the implementation of the marketing budget.
- Development and implementation of digital and PR strategies (content, social networks, media advertising, SEO/SEM).
- Quality control of marketing communications in all channels.
- Formation, development and motivation of the marketing team, monitoring the performance of tasks.
- Analysis of the market, competitive environment, customer insights.
- Management of marketing analytics (ROI, CPL, conversion, brand awareness).
- Interaction with contractors, advertising agencies, media and PR services.
- Participation in product development (LC concept, planning, value offer).
- Representation of the company at professional events, forums, exhibitions.

- Schedule: work in the office (Sviatopetrivske village), 1-2 days are possible by agreement per week remotely (for a period of 1-2 months), after which only the office format. Flexible start and end of the working day (start between 08:00 and 10:00, end between 17:00 and 19:00, respectively).
