Senior manager of recruitment department - no experience

We are looking for a colleague in the team with the following professional skills:

• High desire to acquire new skills and competencies;
• Desire and knack for learning;
• Communication skills, empathy and flexibility;
• Organizational skills; Effectiveness;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Ability to work in and with a team;
• Experience in a call center, sales, recruiting will be an advantage.

Position duties:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality personnel selection;
• Interaction with internal recruitment customers from the stage of creating an application to the employee's probationary period; 
• Organization of company project launches (start-up);
• HR reporting;
