Personnel Director/HRD (office in Mykolaiv) in Matveeva O.G., FLP

We are looking for a candidate for the position of "HR director (HRD)" to join the team of our Customer in the field of Ukrainian sushi - business (sushi - network in Ukraine).

We are looking for the city of Mykolaiv. The company has been on the market since 2022 (Mykolaiv, Odesa, Bukovel) and is developing further. 

Requirements for the candidate:

1. 3 years of experience in management positions in the field of HR.
2. Experience in conducting HR analysis, development, construction and implementation of HR strategy, corporate culture in the company.
3. Experience in building HR department and management team.
4. Experience in building and implementing automation of business processes.
5. Experience in developing and implementing a system of personnel motivation, training and forming a personnel reserve in the company.
6. Knowledge of modern tools for searching, selecting and adapting personnel.

Main tasks:

1. Conducting HR - analysis in the company, HR development - strategy and its implementation.
2. Building HR - department and formation of HR - team.
3. Organization of personnel search, selection, adaptation system.
4. Development and implementation of training system and formation of internal personnel reserve.
5. Formation and support of the company's corporate culture.
6. Organization and holding of corporate events, events, training.

Terms jobs:

1. Office in the center of Mykolaiv (there is light and a bomb shelter).
2. Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in the office).
3. Competitive salary (negotiated personally with candidates).
