Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) in The Capital, AN

T.H.E. Capital, a premium real estate agency, is looking for a specialist for the position of Recruiter. Our team is a young and energetic team that knows what a "teammate" atmosphere and "work-life balance" are.

What will you do?

• Accept applications and form a vacancy/candidate profile in accordance with the requirements of internal customers (head of departments);
• Search and attract candidates with the help of various search sources (it is desirable to have a developed Linkedin contact base and the ability to use it);
• li>Conduct screening, telephone or online interviews, as well as live interviews of selected candidates;
• Accompany candidates at all stages of the interview and in the hiring process (negotiations, signing a job offer, etc.);< /li>
• Fix the recruiting process in the HRM system and generate reports on it in a timely manner;
• Promptly provide feedback to candidates and provide feedback to internal customers on candidates.

  You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You have 2 years of experience as a recruiter and successful cases of closing middle and top-level positions;
  • You know how to search using the Executive search method and with the help of various search tools;
  • You love to communicate with people and know how to find an approach to each candidate, especially if he/she is our ideal candidate;
  • You are not afraid of candidate rejections and their low conversion in unstable market conditions work, or high demands from internal customers;
  • You know how to work not for the sake of the process, but for the sake of the result.
