A company that develops complex technological solutions for the defense sector is looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to work with technical and engineering vacancies and is ready to influence the formation of a strong team.
We are looking for a mature specialist who does not just close positions, but understands the specifics of the technical market and acts as a business partner.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruiting specialists in various fields;
Close cooperation with heads of fields and participation in the formation of a vacancy profile;
Active search and hunting of candidates (LinkedIn, profile platforms, networking);
Conducting in-depth interviews and assessment of technical expertise;
Building a long-term talent attraction strategy;
Analytics of recruiting processes, optimization of the recruitment funnel.
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting from 3-5 years;
Mandatory experience in closing technical / engineering vacancies;
Experience in active search (sourcing, headhunting);
Ability to work with a large number of tasks and changing priorities;
High level of communication and independence;
English - preferably at the level Intermediate+.
