The key tasks will be:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from creating a job profile and searching for candidates to conducting interviews and adapting new employees
• Participation in the development and support of corporate culture, organization of events to increase team involvement
• Cooperation with department heads to accurately define job requirements, feedback on new employees during the adaptation period
