We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter, who will be able to attract the best technical and non-technical specialists for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and candidate requirements
• Using multiple sources to find candidates, including databases, social media, professional platforms and other channels
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for compliance with company requirements
• Maintaining and developing positive relationships with candidates at all stages of recruitment
• Participating in various projects on the analysis of the labor market, competition and efficiency of recruitment channels
• Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations to improve the recruitment strategy
• There may be 10-12 vacancies at work at the same time

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years
• Deep understanding of technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical knowledge of candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes
