Senior project manager IT-Enterprise (with experience of IT-Enterprise implementation)

34 large Ukrainian companies have implemented the IT-Enterprise product, we need a Senior project manager IT-Enterprise (with experience of IT-Enterprise implementation)

With experience of implementing IT Enterprise by blocks. Responsible and independent. 

• Identification and prevention of risks that may affect development progress;
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and post-release technical support process, support of product commissioning;
• Organization of work of development teams: planning, prioritization of technical backlog, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other units, management of team resources;
• Regular meetings with the team to increase the efficiency of team work results and/or remove blocking factors;
• Conducting retrospectives with the development team and with customers on the results of implementation;
• Interaction with the internal Customer: conducting interviews, agreeing on requirements, organizing acceptance testing processes and support after development implementation;
• Monitoring and managing tasks within the framework of incident management for the development team;
• Analysis of non-standard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions;
• Description and optimization of internal IT processes.
• Implementation of new tools, CRM system, templates, regulations;
• Control of task performance and compliance with deadlines within ERP;
• Preparation of analytics, reports and presentations for management;
• Participation in the planning of strategic initiatives and their further implementation;
• Organization of internal events, meetings, work processes;
• Ensuring effective communication between all teams.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager IT-Enterprise from 2 years;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to structure information, systematize processes;
• Knowledge of modern project management tools;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to details.
