Who are we looking for
A content manager with systemic thinking and a creative streak, who understands how to create content that not only "works for the image", but also attracts leads, deepens recognition and builds trust. Your focus is organic growth and conversion through relevant, stylish, expert content.
Areas of responsibility
- Content strategy: development and implementation of a content plan for a month/quarter (blog, social networks, cases, landing pages, email).
- Traffic generation: SEO-optimized texts, guides, pages with high-intent queries.
- Conversion content: work on materials that bring and "warm up" leads - case studies, customer stories, content for LP.
- Social networks: SMM marketing management — monitoring the work of the SMM manager, drawing up and checking the content plan, communicating with clients, tone of voice, etc.
- Reports and trends: content analytics, simple reports based on GA/Search Console/Meta, selection of trends relevant to HR/marketing audience.
- Content processes: coordination of copywriters/designers/SEO, formation of tasks and deadlines.
You will be a good fit if
- have 2+ years of experience in content for B2B, agencies or brands;
- understand how content lead generation works (especially in HR/marketing segments);
- you can strategize, write, edit, think with a funnel;
- familiar with SEO, web analytics, construction of LP/case pages;
- have good taste and understand how modern visual tone of voice works.
