Senior Project Manager in OMD Systems

We are an innovative team working in the field of development, production and implementation of unmanned aerial systems. Our projects cover the full cycle: from idea and R&D to mass production and integration of solutions into real operations.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help us organize the work of the team, effectively manage complex projects and bring new products to market.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to the development and production of drones/aircraft devices.

• Planning, control and coordination of all stages of the project life cycle: from R&D to testing and launching serial production.

• Managing the budget, timelines and risks.

• Organizing the work of interdisciplinary teams (engineers, production, procurement, quality, testing).

• Interaction with management, partners and customers.

• Implementation of best practices in the field of project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Ensuring product compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management (aviation, drones, robotics or other hi-tech industry).

• Experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager in medium or large projects.

• Sure knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2).

• Practical experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence or other PM tools.

• Ability to work with budgets and manage risks.

• High level of communication and leadership skills.

• English — Upper-Intermediate+.

Will be a plus

• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.

• Technical education (engineering, aviation, mechatronics).

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications.
