Remote, part-time, on demand position (up to 20 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly experienced in the fintech industry & B2B Saas Platforms Product Manager who has a proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products in the US market to join our internal Product Management team and ensure our new and existing clients needs.

Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻

• Work closely with clients to understand their product vision, goals, and challenges. Provide expert advice on product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the fintech industry.
• Ensure product consistency and alignment with the overall business strategy and market requirements.
• Assist clients in defining and managing the scope of their product to balance innovation with practicality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Analysts within our client organizations.
• Facilitate communication between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and requirements.

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in the fintech industry & B2B Saas Platforms
• Deep understanding of fintech, including payments, lending, wealth tech, insurtech, and other financial services and sub-domains
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the fintech sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products in the US market
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems
• Passion for understanding and addressing customer needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Master’s degree in technology or finance
• Experience with taking a product from concept to launch
• Experience with Go-To-Market strategy for B2B SAAS platforms
• Excellent сommunication with ability to work with executives
