We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Conveniq product. Conveniq - a micromarket that sells goods without a cashier with the help of machine vision and artificial intelligence, allowing to open a point of sale where the placement of a classic store would not be profitable.

You will define the product development strategy to meet customer needs and achieve business goals, and work in a team with Product Owner, Product Marketing Manager, and Head of Sales (Conveniq) to implement the strategy. Also, the Conveniq team includes 2 Software Developers, 3 Hardware Developers, and 2 Project Managers.Among your responsibilities will be:
Market and competitor analysis to identify growth areas and create a product strategy;
Product discovery to understand customer needs and product requirements;
Conducting a large number of experiments to make sure the ideas are valuable to users;
Backlog filling and managementfor quality product development and goal realization;
Formation and management of Go To Market plan implementation in order to make the product successful;
Pricing and Margin Managementto ensure product effectiveness;
Leadership by the product team.
From the Senior Product Manager we expect:
From 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis;
Ability to conduct product discovery and identify insights that lead to product growth;
Developed prioritization and decision-making skills;
Experience in bringing new products to market;
Developed communication skills to interact with the team, stakeholders and clients;
Management skills for product team management;
Fluency in English.
