Key tasks:
- Project Planning: Development of a detailed project plan that includes implementation phases, timelines, resources and budget;
- Analysis of the needs of the organization:Determining the needs and motivation of employees, as well as analyzing the current motivation systems to identify their advantages and disadvantages;
- Development of the concept of the motivation system / grading system:Creation of the concept of the motivation system, which includes defining the goals, principles of the system, incentive mechanisms and evaluation criteria;< /li>
- Job Description:Training of the Client's managers in the Job Description methodology, organization of the description process, consulting and support;
- Evaluation of positions:Organization of the formation and work of Evaluation Commissions, moderation of their work;
- Search and analysis of information on labor market rewards:Choice of reference markets, search for information, comparison of rewards;
- Simulation of the reward structure: components of the reward system, their weight and size depending on the function and level of positions. Individual Remuneration and FOP Calculations. Development of scenarios for the transition to the target state;
- Implementation of the system:Formation of the Reward System Implementation Plan. Organization and coordination of the process of implementing a new reward system, staff training and adaptation of processes;
- Communication:Preparation and implementation of a communication plan for familiarizing employees with the new motivation system, including information campaigns and trainings;
- Development of the premium / bonus part of the reward:Development of the KPIs system, formation of Bonus cards for positions, definition bonus periodicity, determining the weight of indicators.
Requirements :
- Experience as C&B Manager / Head of C&B / Head of HR / HR BP;
- Experience in the implementation of motivation systems (preferably a grading system), development of KPIs, reward systems, personnel motivation systems;
- Experience in organizational design is desirable, but not mandatory;
- Understanding and skills principlesin the formation of the variable part of rewards;
- Basic knowledge in finance to understand KPIs;
- Calculation of s/p and FOP, working in EXCEL at a high level - working with large amounts of information, charts, summary tables;
- Ability to show analytics accurately and briefly;
- Knowledge in organizational management;
- Advanced user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).< /li>
