What will you do:

• You will control the pool as your home:
• Daily inspection of the space, cleanliness, climate control, equipment health - your area of influence
• You will manage a team of trainers:
• Staff scheduling, feedback, discipline, development and inspiration - as a personal coach for everyone
• You will work with by clients:
• Training, fitness consultations, motivation, individual approach - you yourself inspire and set an example
• You will help build a team:
• Interviews, adaptation, training of newcomers. You are the guarantor of the quality of each new face in the hall.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness:
• Monitoring the workload, performance of coaches, analytics and recommendations for team growth.
• You will cooperate with the management:
• Regular meetings, strategic planning, influence on the development of the unit
• You will communicate with related departments:
• Together with reception, service, marketing and sales, you create a WOW experience for the client.

What we expect from you:

• 3 years of coaching experience.
• Management skills or mentoring.
• Higher sports education or professional certificates.
• Leadership, responsibility, organization.
• Service and love for people.
