In connection with the increase in production volumes, we are opening a Production Manager vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of work.
• Planning production processes, task allocation and performance control.
• Optimization of production flows, implementation of effective solutions.
• Product quality control.
• Team management and personnel development.
• Control of material stocks and interaction with other departments (purchasing, logistics, office).
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Reporting to management regarding results, indicators, downtime and costs.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position in production (metalworking will be an advantage).
• Understanding production processes and the principles of effective labor organization.
• Skills in team management and task setting.
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes.
• Responsibility, organization, the ability to make decisions.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Address: st. Barnycha 4 (Airport District)
• Salary: 30,000 – 60,000+ UAH, depending on the results and contribution to the development of production.
