We are considering candidates who are ready for relocation to Poltava or a hybrid work format (50% of working time in Poltava).

Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Packaging Solutions Designer who combines deep expertise in graphic design with team management and system standards implementation skills. This is a position for a leader who understands the entire packaging design cycle — from development to scaling to thousands of SKUs — and is ready to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Your key tasks:

• Development of complex graphic solutions for the packaging of Private Label products.
• Creation of guidelines, standards and processes for scaling design to a large SKU portfolio.
• Coordination of work of the design team, distribution of workload, development of competencies.
• Implementation of system solutions, automation and optimization of packaging design management processes.
• Collaboration with the creative director (concepts and brand books) and other functions for the coordinated implementation of design.
• Quality control of mock-up preparation for printing and compliance with technical requirements.

We would love to work together if you:

• Experience in packaging design (FMCG or related industries) (required).
• You understand the processes of implementing design on a large portfolio of SKUs.
• You have experience in creating guidelines, developing technical requirements.
• You have team management skills.
• You have Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), know color correction, Pantone Matching System.
• You have experience working with various packaging formats and preparing layouts for printing.
• You have leadership qualities and the ability to implement changes.
• Organized, able to work with a large teamtasks and meet deadlines.
• You have a systems mindset and pay attention to details.
