We are forming a large team of high-class specialists, and we are currently looking for a HR manager job in Bukovel.
Main functional duties:
- Adaptation staff communication with onboarding departments.
- Maintenance of the work time table.
- Ordering lunches for staff.
- Ordering a transfer for staff in case of need, participation in the formation of staff transfer schedules to work.
- Accommodation of newcomers in a hotel for staff, keeping a table for accommodation, finding additional accommodation for accommodation in case needs.
- Collection of documents for the HR inspector to form personal files and employee registration.
- Solution of current issues that arise in the work process.
- Organization of trainings, team building, and other events for staff. processing feedback and calls from candidates.
- Formation and maintenance of a database of promising candidates for future vacancies.
- Presentation of final candidates to the customer, receiving feedback, support to the final decision (registration or rejection).
- Formation of reports for the head of the department.
- Maintenance of a positive work environment and corporate culture.
- Participation in all HR projects and events.
Requirements for our candidate:
- Experience in a relevant position from 1 year (experience in the field of HORECA welcome);
- Higher education;
- Communication, stress resistance and the ability to work for results;
- Proficient knowledge of PC and office programs: MS Word, Excel, software
- Analytical abilities;
- Understanding of modern trends, conditions and difficulties in the search for personnel, knowledge of recruitment methods;
- High leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Competent Ukrainian pronunciation and writing.
