Technical leader of the digital product core (High-load / Mobile-first)

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead for a Ukrainian industrial company with over 1 million users. The company is actively undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. The key goal is to launch a modern mobile application and fully digitize the customer experience. That is why the role of the technical leader of the core of the product is opening - a person who will design and build the foundation of the new architecture.

Role in the company

You will be responsible for the architecture of the key components of the system:

• Client Profile (the core of client data)
• Billing Router (the integration layer between the new platform and legacy billing)

This is a role with a high level of influence - technical solutions, which you accept will become the basis of the entire digital ecosystem of the company.

 Main tasks

• Design of microservice architecture on .NET 9
• Development of Client Profile and Billing Router based on the principles of Clean Architecture / DDD
• Integration with legacy systems (SOAP/XML/Batch)
• Building event-driven interaction through Kafka
• High-load provisioning (10,000+ RPS)
• Expertise in PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
• Implementation of fault tolerance through Polly (Circuit Breaker, Retry, Bulkhead)
• Security settings: OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, mTLS, HashiCorp Vault
• Building a cloud-agnostic infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Code quality control, code review, technical leadership

 Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial development on .NET
• Deep expertise in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture
• Kubernetes experience
• Strong PostgreSQL experience
• Experience with complex or unstable integrations API
• Understanding the principles of Zero Trust security
