We are looking for an experienced specialist/position, who will coordinate the work of legal and support management specialists. He/she will develop policies that regulate the work of the organization's service direction.

A senior network services manageris a person who:

  • To participate in the formation of policies and standards of the organization together with senior specialists." implementation

  • 300; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Improve businessc-processes of service provision and support high-quality interaction between units

  • Participate in monitoring and evaluating the quality of services

  • Involved in the implementation of work processes

  and develop solutions to improve services

  • Establish and maintain cooperation with providers of services and opportunities for soldiers and their loved ones together with relevant senior specialists

  • Experience of working with soldiers and their relatives will be an advantage

  • Experience in implementing/working with a CRM system

  • Compulsory English, not below an intermediate level; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Advanced documentation skills: anadigest large amounts of information and highlight key points

  Required: no ties to Russia since 2014.
