Duties:

1. Implementation of state policy in the spheres of social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused loss of working capacity, in connection with temporary loss of working capacity, medical insurance;

2. Assignment of temporary disability benefits, including care for a sick child, care for a child under the age of 14 or a child with a disability under the age of 18 for the entire period of rehabilitation assistance, in the presence of a medical opinion on the need for third-party care for the child;

3. Appointment of assistance during pregnancy and childbirth;
