What you need to do:
- Development of brand development strategy and tactics;
- Development positioning and communication strategy of the brand;
- Formation of goals based on brand indicators and control of their achievement: market share, knowledge and consumption;
- Development of restyling/updating brands;
- Development and implementation of a brand promotion program (Digital, BTL), effective budget management;
- Effective management of the product portfolio of brands: assortment, pricing channels, profitability;
- Development and control of execution of sales plans by brands: annual and monthly planning;
- Development and launch of new products that strengthen brands in the market;
- Identification of brand growth opportunities and preparation of appropriate proposals for initiatives;
- Development of training by categories and brands;
- Participation in projects regarding participation in exhibitions and international competitions.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, media planning;
- Participation in marketing research.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Education in economics or marketing
- Experience of successfully launching new products/brands on the market
- Experience of working in basic marketing processes (market analysis, development of brand positioning, development and promotion channels, work with product portfolio);
- Knowledge of basic brand toolseting studies and their application in the analysis of adjusting the market situation;
- Knowledge of media planning indicators;
- Knowledge of economic indicators used in marketing statistics (sales, sales, profitability, market share, distribution, etc.);
- Knowledge of the principles of working with trademarks and intellectual property, legal literacy in contractual activities
- Structured approach and multi-tasking
- Developed communication skills, experience in conducting training, demonstrations and presentations.
- English language at the upper – intermediate level.
