The main geography of the leads: Ukraine, as well as, later, the EU, the UAE, Great Britain and the USA.Your key taskswill be our standard tasks for the position of Sales Manager, which you will initially perform together with experienced colleagues, gradually growing and raising the level of your independence:
- Working with leads: processing incoming leads, determining their needs and expectations, qualification.
- Supporting potential customers on the way from the first call to concluding an agreement: organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations, conducting presentations.
- Documentary support:supportwrapping commercial proposals, contracts, tenders and other documents related to the sales process.
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients. It sounds abstract, but very important and real
- Strategic and analytical work:Participation in the preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell company services.
Our expectations from your experience, interests and knowledge:
- From 1 year of experience in the field of sales, customer support or marketing(positions of Sales, Lead Gen, SDR, Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Account Manager, Marketing Specialist or similar).
- It will be an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement: work experience in the field of IT consulting, IT, IoT or a technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, etc.). You want to have an interest in what you're going to sell, right?
- You are interested in developing as aSalesManager, improve your skills, undergo training.
- You work confidently with Microsoft Office products.
- You speak English at the level of UpperIntermediate or higher, you are fluent in Ukrainian.
- You have already obtained a higher education or are still studying for a master’s degree.
- You have high academic results in higher education (80 points+). In Innoware, you will learn a lot to become a professional Sales Manager.
