GR Senior Manager (Project Manager) in NAK Naftogaz Ukrayini

We invite to the team: Senior manager (project manager) in matters of relations with state authorities, Department of work with state authorities and the regulator.

Responsibilities:

• Support (advocacy) in public bodies of draft regulations and decisions relevant to the Company. 
• Management and systematization of all stages of GR projects, coordination of cross-functional teams to promote the interests of the Company in state authorities.
• Development and support of relations with representatives of state authorities in order to form a positive reputation of the Company.
• Monitoring of the regulatory environment and Ukrainian legislation, as well as other activities (statements) of state stakeholders regarding mandatory norms, changes and initiatives relevant to Companies. 
• Preparation of analytical materials, references, presentations and communication materials on relevant legislation and/or initiatives of state bodies.
• Analysis of relevant international experience and EU legislation in order to develop arguments for GR-projects.
• Preparation of the Company’s official position on the Company’s activities, correspondence and communication with state bodies.

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education in the field of jurisprudence/public administration/economics/energy/international relations.
• Work experience in the field of GR/ in state bodies/in project offices of reforms and NGO projects in the field of energy/jurisprudence/interaction with state bodies/non-governmental and industry (business) organizations from 4 years.
• Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level and above.
• Experience with the analysis of Ukrainian and European legislation, preparation of analytical materials and reports on legislation (initiatives), position papers.
• Experience of working in the oil and gas (energy) sector or relevant projects will be an advantage.
