Main responsibilities:
- Lead joint planning with key clients and develop a plan to enter the FMCG channel.
- Manage commercial arrangements: bonuses, promotions, marketing services, ensure economic efficiency (P&L, G2N, ROI).
- Plan and execute sales by customer/channel, track balances, shelf sales and propose corrective actions.
- Develop a “managed shelf” (CATMAN): coordinate planograms, optimize assortment, launch new positions.
- Strengthen e-commerce presence: content, visibility, ratings, promotions, and promotions.
- Prepare analytical reviews for management: deal progress, promo results, and recommendations.
- Coordinate document flow and compliance with company policies.
- Mentoring the KAM team: setting priorities, developing competencies, collaborating with marketing, trade marketing, and finance.
Requirements for candidate:
- Higher education (economics, management, marketing or related).
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management/Senior KAM in pharmaceutical, OTC or FMCG business; proven experience of cooperation with leading networks.
- E-commerce/e-pharmacy experience: content, conversions, promotion and performance evaluation.
- Sure commercial skills: margin calculation, budgeting, volume and profitability balance.
- Category management: planograms, assortment, pricing, new launches.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to data, reasoned decisions.
- Experience of negotiations at the level of network management, focus on long-term partnership.
- Languages: Ukrainian — fluent; English - Intermediate+.
