Senior HR Manager in AGAMA

AGAMA is an advertising holding that combines expertise in strategy, creative, production and communications.
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager who works equally well with people and systems and wants to have a real impact on business culture and processes.

Your role

This is the position of an HR partner, not just a process manager. You will be involved in the construction and development of the holding's HR system, working in close cooperation with managers and teams.

Area of responsibility

• Full cycle of HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding

• Working with the Hurma HRM system

• Conducting eNPS, Q12 and others HR surveys

• Supporting employees in daily HR inquiries

• Building and improving HR policies and processes

• Developing corporate culture

• Conducting 1:1 meetings (if necessary)

• Participating in performance reviews, 360°, creating job maps and matrices competencies

• HR team management (2 specialists)

Our expectations

• Experience of Senior HR Manager from 3 years

• Practical experience in:

  • full-cycle recruiting

  • onboarding and off-boarding

  • conducting 1:1

  • eNPS / Q12 or similar surveys

  • personnel evaluation (performance review, 360°, competencies)

• Experience with HRM systems (experience with Hurma will be advantage)

• Experience in managing or coordinating an HR team

• High level of written business communication
