Company Micto for people -a leading company in the field of management and maintenance of multi-apartment buildings is looking for: Compensation Manager and benefits

Responsibilities:

• updating all regulatory internal documents and policies in the area of compensation and benefits;
• formation of analytical reporting (FOT analytics, turnover and others);
• preparation of data for salary review, for budgeting;
• operational support of supplements, payments of material assistance;
• control over compliance with the staff list, spending of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and estimates, salaries, supplements, allowances, according to the tariffication of works;
• calculation of the variable part based on key indicators performance (KPI) and compensation payments

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position;
• confident user of PC Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel.yuVisio at an advanced level user);
• skills for working with an ERP system (preferably 1C);
• ability to work with large volumes of data;
• developed analytical skills;
• experience in preparing presentations, HR dashboards, data visualization;
• proactivity, systematicity, optimism, responsibility, punctuality

Working conditions:

• official employment;
• decent level of salary, payments 2 times a month;
• work schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00;
• comfortable CS office (Arsenal-2)
