- You have expert knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine
- You have analytics (planning methodology and forecasting the need for personnel, methods of analyzing the quantitative and qualitative composition of employees)
- You have experience in the organization of production (fundamentals of production technology and development prospects; labor regulation; productivity; wage system)
- You have ND , standards, regulations (BRC, GMP, occupational health and safety, occupational health and safety, methodical materials that regulate the company's personnel management activities)
- You have theoretical knowledge/practical knowledge of personnel management methods

- You will be responsible for the implementation of the Company's HR strategy, as well as for the implementation of key policies, rules and procedures in personnel management
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR processes and HR projects on your assets with the participation of Centers of expertise
- You will be responsible for providing a professional assessment of management decisions from the HR point of view, for adjusting these decisions, for providing HR analytics, conclusions, hypotheses and proposals
- Cooperation with heads of enterprises (N-2, N-3) with the aim of ensuring effective interaction with subordinates through the joint implementation of all projects related to personnel management
- Supporting the heads of assets for which he is responsible in the performance of management duties ties and decisions of pand during the support of change processes
- You will be responsible for building a system of close interaction with centers of expertise within the framework of your competences (for example, recruiting, development, compensation and benefits) to implement the most timely and necessary support for your business units
- You will coordinate HR communications within the framework of entrusted business units
- You will contribute to the identification and support of initiatives on the part of employees of any level, which are aimed at increasing efficiency, development of enterprises in general and corporate culture in particular

- Together with the directors of enterprises, you will be responsible for the functioning of goal-setting systems, performance evaluation, personnel motivation systems.
- You will contribute to the formation of the image of enterprises as socially responsible for increasing the loyalty of employees
- Together with the directors of enterprises and the chief specialist in development organizations, benefits and compensations, you will be responsible for ensuring the principles of fairness, transparency, competitiveness and compliance with market levels of wages at entrusted enterprises with the aim of implementing the Company's Policy on wages
- You will be responsible for the relevance and timely change of staff lists of enterprises
