We are looking for the position Head of the compensation and benefits centerHR (maternity position)

  • Implementation of BNP Paribas Group policies at the local level, creation of C&B policies, procedures and processes. .Formation of the regulatory framework for remuneration and social package
  • Budget planning, quarterly forecasting, implementation control and analysis of HR-budget deviations.
  • Organization of the development, implementation and support of the compensation and benefits plan:
  • Organization and control of the development, implementation and support of the basic salary system; of an accident
  • Management of employee expense compensations
  • Management of additional payments according to the Collective Agreement
  • Control of the development, implementation and support of reward programs: modeling of costs for the program when it is updated / developed ; verification and control of the provided calculations from the business; analysis of program effectiveness.
  • Remuneration management at each stage of the employee life-cycle.
  • Organization and control of annual salary review
  • Implementation and development of the grading system:

  • Management of evaluation committees.
  • Labor market monitoring in accordance with the Bank's development strategy
  • Cooperation with wage survey providers, preparation of information and development of proposals based on survey results.

  • Administration and development of the "Grading" module in SAP.
  • Development and improvement of SAP as the main C&B information platform.
  • Development and implementation of People analytics methodology.
  • < li>Consulting the Bank's management and Bank employees on compensation policy issues.
  • Coordination of international mobility programs, accompanying expatriates.
  • Preparation of corporate reporting.
  • This job is created for you if you have:

    • Full higher economic/financial/technical education.
    • Work experience in a similar position from 5 years.
    • Wide and deep knowledge in the field of C&B, conceptualcreative thinking, practical experience in implementing various reward programs.
    • Knowledge of the basics of financial management and accounting.
    • Knowledge of the basics of tax legislation.
    • Knowledge of labor legislation.
    • Experience in HR-budget management.
    • Experience in optimizing business processes.
    • English language at the upper-intermediate level.
