Senior Frontend (Vue, React) Developer

The Role:

We have been developing products for Capital Markets for the last 11 years. Our products help attract more than $30 billion of financing every month. Our clients include J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Dell, Ford, Tesla, and others.

The head office is in NY, and the development offices are in Kyiv and Tel Aviv. There are 200+ specialists globally across 10 products.

We grow increasingly, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join the T-Rex product team. The perspective is planned to be involved in hiring and mentoring new front-end developers, according to the expected expansion of the team. You will work on one of the powerful platforms with software and data services for structured finance and private credit.

Key requirements:

● 7+ years of experience in client-side development;

● Strong experience with several modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js and Vue.js are preferred);

● Understanding of modern ES and TypeScript;

● Deep understanding of component lifecycle methods, React Hooks, React Context API, and state management patterns and solutions;

● Understanding of real-time/asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and WebSockets;

● Preferred qualifications: microservices architecture, understanding of microservices architecture and related tools;

● Proficiency with Webpack, Vite and task runner;

● Strong communication and collaboration skills. Providing feedback and being not afraid to express ideas;

● Self-organizing, with the initiative to find best practices and drive resolutions and ideas;

● Good written and spoken English for effective communication with colleagues from the Tel Aviv office. English level from Upper-Intermediate.

Would be a plus:

● Experience working with charts libraries;

● Experience with Pixel Perfect;

● Knowledge of patterns and best practices related to interaction design, information architecture, functional layout, and working with data;

● Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools;

● Familiarity with structured finance and private credit domain.

Key responsibilities:

● Developing a new platform in React.js and participating in rebuilding UI;

● Supporting platform in Vue.js;

● Taking responsibility and driving rewriting platform, architecture planning with a Tech Lead, as well as optimization/refactoring performance, and quality of the developed platform;

● Writing high-quality, maintainable code;

● Covering code with unit tests;

● Collaborating with Product Manager, Tech Lead, Designers, QA to develop the best approaches in creating new and maintaining old functionality;

● Participation in hiring and mentoring new front-end developers.

● Flexible working hours (you can start work from 8 till 12, depending on your daily meeting).

You can choose a schedule from Sunday to Thursday, as the team works in Tel Aviv. But this is not a requirement;
