Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Format of cooperation: Full-time / Employment contract

We have an interesting career offer for the position of Accountant in an international company in the field of renewable of energy with a representative office in Kyiv.

Our partner is engaged in the development, design and construction of wind and solar power plants all over the world. The company is an independent power producer (IPP), which implements large-scale international projects as a general contractor and undertakes technical and commercial management of facilities as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has technological competence and develops solutions in the field of artificial intelligence for renewable energy projects.

Main duties:

• Accounting and tax accounting of several legal entities
• Preparation of income declarations (annual, adjustment of the financial result, filling out the Appendix RI)
• Calculation of wages, preparation of reports on wages
• Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement)
• Accounting credit and currency transactions
• Accounting for fixed assets and TMC
• Accounting for travel expenses
• Forming a VAT declaration
• Preparing a land tax declaration
• Administration of taxes, control of mutual settlements with the budget
• Organization and control over the timeliness and completeness of statements and registration of tax invoices
• Participation in the process of preparation and provision of information within and during tax audits, requests from regulatory bodies, audits
• Preparation and provision of information at the request of counterparties, banks

Qualifications and professional experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics
• 5+ years of work experience in similar or related positions (energy industry will be a significant advantage)
• Advanced 1C user /BAS KUP
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (knowledge of German or English is desirable)
• Experience in accompanying construction works
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
